The candidate will play a key role in the recruitment process by connecting with job seekers, explaining job opportunities, and coordinating interviews. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in HR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and follow up on applications
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details clearly
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the HR team
• Maintain and update candidate database and records
• Ensure proper follow-up with candidates until closure
• Support daily HR recruitment and administrative activities
• Handle candidate queries and provide timely responses
