We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads
Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding support
Required Skills & Competencies
Any Degree is mandatory
Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (mandatory)
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to handle recruitment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
