HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding across IT or Non-IT domains.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.

• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, headhunting, referrals, and databases.

• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with hiring managers.

• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer closures effectively.

• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future business requirements.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and sourcing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT profiles).

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, and sourcing strategies.

• Strong ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Excel, and recruitment reporting.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a recruitment/staffing agency environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment analytics, market mapping, and talent intelligence.

• Exposure to hiring for diverse industries such as IT services, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Startups.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
