HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process with relevant departments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Manage and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics and progress.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
