Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
2. Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
3. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
6. Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate weekly hiring reports.
7. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
8. Collaborate closely with business heads and HR partners to understand hiring needs.
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a reputed company.
3. Proven track record of successful hiring across different levels and functions.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
6. Familiarity with ATS modern recruitment tools.
