Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations.
Track recruitment metrics and hiring status reports.
HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
Assist with payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Assist in organizing training programs and company events.
Coordinate performance review processes.
Help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations (or fresher with relevant internship experience).
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
