Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage complete HR Operations activities independently.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processing, salary structure, compliance, and statutory activities is mandatory.
Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
Handle HR operational reports and employee records.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and operational processes.
Coordinate with management for operational planning and employee management.
Mandatory Requirements:
Need only local candidates.
Candidate from Manufacturing Company will be an added advantage.
Freshers are not eligible for this role.
HR Recruiters should not apply.
Candidates currently pursuing PG or MBA should not apply. Completed MBA will be an added advantage.
