Job Description

We are looking for HR Generalist Role


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the Performance Management System (PMS).


Support in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.


Coordinate and facilitate performance review and appraisal processes.


Analyze performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.


Assist in training employees and managers on PMS processes and guidelines.


Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps.


Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in performance management.


Support change management initiatives to enhance the performance culture.


Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to present insights effectively.


Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMS frameworks and methodologies.


4. JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.


Experience: Experience in a manufacturing/trading environment is an advantage.


Certifications: Certification in PMS, HR Analytics, or relevant areas is a plus.


Skills:


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in PMS software, AI tools, and MS Office.


Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


Strong drafting and documentation skills
