Designation: Trainee - US HR

Shift- Night Shift

For Male candidates (6:15PM-3:30AM/7:15PM-4:30AM/7:45PM-5:00AM/8:15PM-5:30AM/8:45PM-6:00AM/9:15PM-6:30AM)

Shift fixed by the management

Location- Palasia, Indore

5 days working (Mon-Fri)


Job Description:


Prepare candidates for the interview to give them an edge over other staffing agencies’ candidates and share feedback

Strong induction to make them feel welcomed in the organization

Act as an auditor to ensure complete & authentic documents are collected & processed for payroll

To be the single point of contact for the contractors

Employees connect, retention & handling termination

Grievance handling

Health benefits offering & Employee background verification

Requirements:


Preferably MBA (HR) or relevant experience in HR

Must have excellent communication skills.

Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.

Strong organizational skills.
