The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and structured HR process handling.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Sales Executives, Telecallers, Accountants, Operations, etc.
Draft and post job openings on portals.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for final selection.
Conduct initial HR interviews and background checks.
Manage joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters.
Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation.
Conduct HR induction and policy orientation.
Handle resignation process, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Maintain attendance records and leave management.
Coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing.
Ensure salary disbursement accuracy and compliance.
Track incentives, commissions, and performance-based payouts.
Implement company HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Maintain discipline, code of conduct, and workplace ethics.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in training coordination and skill development.
Plan employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
