Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employees, Worker attendance, wages, and other relevant information as per legal requirements.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government authorities.
Leave and Attendance Management:
Manage attendance records, leave policies, and other related matters in accordance with labor laws.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Employee Welfare:
Implement and manage employee welfare programs, including amenities such as canteen facilities, restrooms, and first aid.
Ensure compliance with welfare provisions under labor laws.
Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI):
Ensure compliance with EPF and ESI regulations, including timely deposits and filing of returns.
Coordinate with authorities for inspections and audits related to EPF and ESI compliance.
Safety and Health Compliance:
Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with the Factories Act.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Coordinate with relevant authorities for factory inspections.
Training and Awareness:
Conduct training programs to educate employees about their rights, responsibilities, and safety measures.
Promote awareness of compliance requirements among employees.

• Control Housekeeping & security access.
• Handle inquiries and complaints.
• Arranging meetings and other events
• Negotiating with vendors for housekeeping material
• Order necessary office supplies
• Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
• Handle hotel bookings, ticket booking and travel plans.
