1. Managing client communications (via phone & email)
2. Working as an interface between I process & client
3. Monthly attendance validation
4. Sharing policy / procedure/processes /updates with client
5. Query resolution as per TAT and set Quality standards 6. Coordination with central SPOC / FPR of various business verticals of client
7. Orientation /update sessions for client managers to keep them abreast.
8. Maintaining complete record of various activities and queries resolution
9. Preparing MIS reports and analysis to share with seniors and management
