HR Operations

We are looking for a HR Operations to join our team at Dzire Edutech And Management Pvt. Ltd. with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in NAPS/NATS registration, Advanced Excel, and good command in computer operations. The ideal candidate will support administrative processes, data management, and apprenticeship registration while ensuring efficient documentation and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage end-to-end NAPS/NATS apprenticeship registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all registered apprentices through government portals.

• Utilize Advanced Excel tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros) for efficient data analysis and reporting.

• Prepare and present detailed reports using MS Office tools•, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for internal teams.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external agencies, and government bodies both verbally and in writing.

• Operate computer systems and reporting software efficiently, ensuring timely updates and backups.
