We are looking for a detail-oriented and logical individual to manage and operate Qandle & Zoho HRMS along with handling MIS and data-related tasks. The candidate should be comfortable working on systems and have strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work on Qandle HRMS for daily HR operations
· Maintain and update employee data in the system
· Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR records
· Generate and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel
· Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
· Identify and resolve data discrepancies using logical thinking
· Support HR team in day-to-day coordination
· Asset Management
Eligibility Criteria:
· 0–1 year of experience in system handling / MIS / HR operations
· Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
· Strong logical and analytical skills
· Confident and proactive approach
· Basic communication skills
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to HRMS tools (Qandle & Zoho preferred)
· Ability to handle data and systems independently
· Quick learner with attention to detail
