HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions).

• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records (HRIS).

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and coordinating with finance/payroll teams.

• Generate HR reports and analyze data for decision-making.

• Administer benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.

• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., background verification, insurance).

• Assist in audits and documentation for statutory compliance.

• Continuously improve HR operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
