Key Responsibilities
Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Compensation
The role offers a Monthly Salary along with performance-based incentives when monthly billing exceeds 5 times the monthly salary, enabling high performers to earn higher rewards based on their contribution.
Growth
Upon successful completion of the Probation Period, the salary may be increased from ₹2,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum, based on the average monthly earnings and overall performance during the probation period.
