Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

  • Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.

  • Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for salary disbursement.

  • Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory compliances (where applicable).

  • Update employee information in HRMS/payroll software.

  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, and record management.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.

  • Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information.
