Amrit Auto Ancillaries & Company is seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong people-handling skills, understanding of HR processes, and experience in handling administrative tasks within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (manufacturing industry preferred).
Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliances, and basic payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
