Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.

  • Coordinate employee joining formalities, offer letters, and HR policies.

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative activities.

  • Support management in HR operations and general office work.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in HR and office administration preferred.

  • Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
