HR Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations at assigned locations.

• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Act as the primary point of contact between field staff, vendors, and the operations team.

• Ensure timely execution of tasks such as deliveries, installations, maintenance, or service visits (based on industry).

• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions to improve service quality.

• Report operational issues, escalate as necessary, and track resolution progress.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, or stock.

• Train and guide field staff, ensuring they follow safety and operational protocols.

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities, KPIs, and operational efficiency.

• Implement new processes or technologies to enhance field productivity and reduce costs.
