Job Title: HR

Responsibilities:
Responsible for office opening and closing on a daily basis

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with candidates for further interview rounds
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Support basic HR operations and employee coordination

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic understanding of the recruitment process
Ability to handle multiple candidates and interviews
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, etc.)
