HR Operation Executive

We are looking for a HR Operation Executive to join our team at Radius Synergies International Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

3. HR Support: Provide support to HR team on employee data management, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

4. Reporting: Generate payroll reports and analytics to inform business decisions.

5. Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working ( alternate Saturday off)
