We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team Keyash Ventures Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 18k to 25k and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Executive Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Manage PF & ESIC compliance, registrations, and monthly filings
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, relieving & experience letters.
Maintain employee records, MIS reports, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate onboarding, exit formalities, and audits.
