Job Description

HR Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, HRMS records, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes.

  • Collect and verify employee documents.

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

  • Conduct employee induction and orientation.

  • Handle exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.

HR Documentation & Records

  • Maintain employee files and HR records.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and data management.

  • Update employee information in the HRMS/HRIS system.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.

  • Resolve attendance and leave-related queries.

  • Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.

Payroll Support

  • Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.

  • Share payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.

  • Support PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance activities.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain statutory records and documentation.

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and employee data reports.
