Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to support our daily human resources operations. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll and attendance tracking.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate employee benefits and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
Generate HR reports as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
