Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Cum Receptionist who will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee coordination, and front desk operations. The candidate will handle end-to-end hiring processes, maintain employee records, manage attendance, and ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and assist in the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Take preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates.
Maintain candidate database and employee records.
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Handle the onboarding and documentation process.
Support employee engagement and HR policies implementation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
