📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
🔹 Job Posting & Employer Branding
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Draft attractive and effective job descriptions
• Manage employer branding initiatives
• Build a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Office PR & Communication
• Handle internal and external communications professionally
• Maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
• Represent the organization positively
🔹 Client & Prospect Follow-Ups
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients and prospects
• Maintain lead tracking and communication records
• Support business development activities through coordination
• Ensure timely updates and responses
🎓 Required Qualifications
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred)
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office Applications
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
