About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Operations Intern to support our Human Resources and daily business operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, administrative tasks, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Operations
Assist in daily office operations and administrative work.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain reports, MIS, and operational records.
Handle vendor and client coordination when required.
Manage office inventory and stationery.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Support management with documentation and process improvements.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills

Good communication in English and Hindi.
