HR Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.

• Handle employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfers, exit process).

• Maintain and update HRMS and employee records (physical and digital).

• Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of inputs.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of HR operations.

• Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, experience, etc.).

• Ensure timely closure of all operational activities including audits and reports.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team for joining formalities and offer rollouts.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

• Knowledge of statutory compliance

• Time management and attention to detail

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask
