Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for grievances, resolving conflicts, and improving employee engagement.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws, including health and safety regulations (Factories Act if applicable), and enforce company policies.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, personnel files, and HRIS systems, while handling leave, attendance, and payroll input.
Performance & Training: Assist with performance management processes and coordinate training sessions for employee development.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and compensation structures. SHRM +7
Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Generally 2–5 years of HR experience.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS/ATS software, and strong organizational abilities. Indeed Jobs +6
