Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee documentation and maintain employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS-related activities.

  • Assist with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliances.

  • Address employee queries and support employee engagement and grievance handling.

  • Coordinate joining, induction, confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlement.

  • Support performance management and other day-to-day HR operations.

  • Maintain HR reports, MIS, and other required documentation.

  • Coordinate with management and different departments for smooth HR operations.
