We are looking for a well-organized and efficient Operations Coordinator to handle HR, attendance, dispatch, reception, and coordination activities at our Parwanoo office.
Manage HR-related tasks including recruitment support, employee records, and onboarding.
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate dispatch operations and ensure timely movement of materials.
Handle reception duties — calls, visitors, couriers, and front-office management.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and assist in day-to-day operations.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/B.Com).
1–4 years of relevant experience in administration or operations.
Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in approach.
