We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with strong knowledge of onboarding, payroll management, labour laws, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR operational activities and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Handle payroll processing and attendance coordination
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational support
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline
At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations
Good knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance
Experience in the staffing industry will be preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
