We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Officer to manage HR documentation in compliance with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining and auditing personnel files, training records, SOPs, and HR compliance documentation in accordance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and local pharma regulations. The position is based at our manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi.
Maintain and update all HR-related documents as per pharmaceutical documentation practices (e.g., GDP – Good Documentation Practices).
Ensure timely creation, review, approval, issuance, and archival of:
Employee files and contracts
Training records and matrices
SOPs and work instructions relevant to HR
Attendance, leave, and appraisal documentation
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance teams to ensure HR practices meet regulatory audit standards.
Participate in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring HR documentation is audit-ready.
Assist in conducting employee onboarding and induction, ensuring documentation aligns with pharma regulatory expectations.
Update and maintain training calendars and ensure mandatory GMP/GDP training is documented.
Prepare reports and summaries for inspections by authorities (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.)
Ensure confidential and secure handling of employee data in compliance with data protection laws.
Support HR operations such as recruitment, exit formalities, and employee engagement when required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
2–4 years of HR experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and pharma industry documentation norms.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and support audit readiness
