HR Officer

We at Suha HR Consultancy are recruiting for a cargo / transport company having head office at Ajmer and branches in other parts of Rajasthan.

Job location: Ajmer, Rajasthan 305025

Designation: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various departments.

2. Payroll Management:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including statutory compliance and employee benefits administration.

3. KRA & KPI Development:

Visiting all branches, understanding the roles of all employees.

Design and implement Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tailored to roles across the organization to drive performance and accountability. SOP development.

4. Branch Visits & System Implementation:

Visit regional branches to deploy and standardize KRA and KPI systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. SOP drafting

5. HR Operations:

Oversee core HR functions such as employee records management, grievance handling, compliance, and policy implementation to maintain a productive work environment.

Requirement:

1. Male candidate preferred.

2. Candidate MUST know KRA, KPI and SOP development.
