Job Description
1. Recruitment: Hiring employees and volunteers.
2. Documentation: Maintaining employee/interns data and documents.
3. Employee Relations: Handling staff issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
4. Policy & Compliance: Creating and enforcing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
5. Compensation: Administering attendance sheets and payroll.
6. Performance: Managing performance reviews and staff development.
7. Exit process: Ensuring smooth exit process for employees.
8. Any other work assigned by manager.
Minimum Requirement:
1. Preferred MBA HR/ PG Diploma (HR) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Should have a working knowledge in MS Office, HR Softwares & MIS
3. Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
