HR Officer

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end sales recruitment, staff performance monitoring, daily reporting, and on-boarding to ensure smooth HR operations and team productivity across the Solar and Electrical divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full recruitment cycle for sales, telecalling, and managerial roles.

• Collect and analyze daily performance reports from all staff.

• Maintain centralized data and performance dashboards.

• Prepare weekly and monthly HR and performance reports for management review.

• Conduct training and orientation for new hires and ensure quick on-boarding.

• Hiring external consultants, agents, and business development partners.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, ESI, PF, and attendance systems.
