Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within HR, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and supporting day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats
Assist with the recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters)
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Support payroll and benefits administration tasks
Ensure HR databases are up to date, accurate, and comply with legal regulations
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Monitor and track employee attendance and leave requests
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
