Job Description

  • Manage recruitment for Tele - Sales Executives , Assistant Team Leaders, Team Leaders

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct initial screening, interviews and coordinate final selection.

  • Manage joining formalities, documentation and employee onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personnel files.

  • Coordinate with management for payroll, incentives and salary processing.

  • Track employee performance, productivity and attrition.

  • Coordinate with Team Leaders/Managers regarding employee performance and disciplinary matters.

  • Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.

  • Handle employee grievances and resolve routine HR-related issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports on hiring, joining, attrition and attendance.

  • Support the management in developing and implementing HR policies.
