Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in supporting business functions and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR database
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Prepare HR reports and MIS
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
