The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. They ensure a positive work environment and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring)
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Conduct performance appraisals and support career development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR roles (1–5+ years depending on level)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, payroll systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
