Designing and executing smooth onboarding programs for new hires and managing structured exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
Identifying skill gaps across departments, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of development programs.
Maintaining accurate digital and physical employee records, managing attendance/leave systems, and compiling routine HR metrics for management reporting.
Assisting with payroll processing inputs, coordinating employee insurance/benefits programs, and handling basic salary administration queries.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to local labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and internal company policies.
Organizing team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and feedback surveys to foster a positive, motivating work environment.
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with all organizational levels.
