Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.
Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
Prepare and verify overtime (OT) calculations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate follow-up.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to support HR and administrative functions.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance (PF & ESI), recruitment, and attendance management.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
