The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The role involves sourcing, hiring, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth coordination within the office team to maintain a positive work environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Support management in workforce planning and team coordination.
Conduct orientation programs and assist with training & development initiatives.
Manage general office administration and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
