The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Handle audits, inspections, and statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
Workforce planning in alignment with business needs and budgets.
Partner with department heads to close positions within defined timelines.
Ensure quality hiring and smooth onboarding process.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage exit processes, attrition analysis, and retention strategies.
Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
Monitor PIP cases and performance improvement initiatives.
Coach managers on performance feedback and people management.
Identify training needs and implement learning programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics to management.
Track key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, performance, and compliance.
Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership and department heads.
Advise management on HR risks, workforce planning, and policy matters.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
Proficiency in HR systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
