We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead our HR & recruitment operations. This role involves talent acquisition, compliance management, client coordination, and employee engagement. 📝 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Staffing

• 👥 Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & placement.

• 📋 Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for client manpower needs.

• 🤝 Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver manpower on time.

• 📈 Ensure timely deployment of staff across multiple industries.

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance

• 📑 Draft and implement HR policies & procedures.

• 🗂 Maintain employee records, contracts, payroll, and compliance documents.

• ⚖️ Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

• 🔍 Conduct HR audits and update processes regularly.

🔹 Employee Engagement & Relations

• 👂 Address employee grievances and maintain positive relations.

• 🎓 Organize onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

• 🕑 Track attendance, leaves, and performance monitoring.

• 🏆 Support employee motivation and retention strategies.

🔹 Client & Business Support

• 🤝 Maintain strong client relationships and act as HR support partner.

• 📊 Provide HR reports and workforce updates to management and clients.

• 🚀 Support business growth by aligning HR strategies with client needs.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• 🎓 6 months – 1 year experience in HR/recruitment (manpower industry preferred).

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).

• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools & recruitment portals.

• 🗣 Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.

• ⚡ Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.

• ✨ Professionalism, leadership qualities & problem-solving mindset.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

• 🕙 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 📅 6 working days (Monday – Saturday)

📝 Selection Process
