Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall workforce development. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
Work with managers to set performance goals and ensure they align with company objectives.
Provide guidance on employee development, career growth, and training programs.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure company policies are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and communicated effectively to employees.
Advise management on legal issues and HR best practices to mitigate risks.
Oversee the implementation of HR systems and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Compensation and Benefits
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, health benefits, retirement plans, and bonus structures.
Analyze market trends to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive
