Job Description

Lead and monitor the HR team to ensure effective execution of all HR functions.

• Contract labour Management, Manpower Handling, Guest management Oversee housekeeping, administration, security, guest management, and office facilities.

• Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, and salary administration.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.

• Handle all statutory compliance, legal documentation, licenses, registers, and labour law records.

• Factory Licence Renewal, MPCB CTO/CTE, Form B.

• All Legal and IR Related Documents

• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, training, and cultural activities.

• Administer performance appraisal, increment, and performance management processes. ISO, IMS Audit documentation

• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, show-cause notices, and warning letters.

• Perform audits and compliance activities.

• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, legal documents, and statutory documentation.

• Support management in policy implementation, workforce planning, and organizational development.
