Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to manage complex HR functions, including client coordination and extensive travel for training purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Design and deliver employee training and development programs, including traveling to various cities across India for training sessions.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Act as a primary point of contact for client coordination related to HR aspects, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate comprehensive reports for management.
Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting, and prepare impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Manage general HR administration tasks efficiently using MS Office Suite.
Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution is mandatory.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in payroll management.
Exceptional presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various cities across India for training and other official purposes.
Demonstrated experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other MS Office Suite applications.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
