We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused HR professional to join our team. The Human Resources [Specialist/Manager] will be responsible for supporting or overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally and confidentially.
Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
Administer employee benefits and liaise with insurance providers or brokers.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all HR regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and time-off tracking, in collaboration with Finance/Payroll departments.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Min 1 yrs of HR experience .
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
